My background is in equalities and community work as a mental health advocate, manager, researcher and academic. I also trained in teaching yoga and meditation and combine my passions for social justice, wellbeing and EDI with my lived experience of marginalised identities to provide you with bespoke services. Please read on for details on my services, which can be booked as a standalone session or series, all delivered online (Zoom). The services can also be combined within each session or across a longer-term programme. For example, I can weave in mindfulness and wellbeing tips and principles in EDI training sessions, to create a supportive learning environment and give participants a chance to practice a variety of de-stressing techniques.
